Ava's First Birthday

Ava started off the day by getting stuck in Grandma's toy. We were up in Stanley for hunting season.

Then all the ladies and kids went swimming at the local hotsprings.

She didn't know what to do with the cake.

Sporting some of her gifts. She started walking 2 days before her birthday.

Eating lunch when we made it to the top. Devin has found two similarities of Ava and I; if we are fed and well slept we're happy.

Devin and I left Ava with a sitter and went for a motorcycle ride. The weather was great. And just like old times we rode up a hill to steep for me to ride back down. Now I'm smart enough to get off and walk down, when we were dating I just clenched my teeth and rode down.

Ava's first outdoor concert, Stone Temple Pilots. Devin's choice in groups of course. Ava played on the grass, and fell asleep during the first song.

Our Last Wedding of the Summer

My brother took the pictures, so we got more than usual, but still none of the beautiful Bride and her new hubby (my cousin Ali and Brian)....but we did get a lot of Ava!
